BUREAU ADVISES CHILDREN TO SPEAK OUT AGAINST CORRUPTION:  The Director, Education and Advisory Services, Code of Conduct Bureau, Dr. (Mrs.) Uyim Akpabio has advised Nigerian Children to report cases of corrupt practices around them and be anti-corruption crusaders.   ----------   The public is called upon to take a stake in the campaign against Corruption.
