Web Design Process

We have tailored our web and software design process to meet the needs of our customers, simple, effective and straightforward.

1.	You, the client send us your requirements through email, post or by phone.
2.	We provide you (the client) with a cost estimate based on your requirements.
3.	Client pays full amount** due and we start the design process, domain & hosting registration (if applicable).
4.	We upload draft design on our client server for clients to view, make any necessary changes and/or amendments, and provide us with feedback.
5.	Once client is happy with the draft site, we complete the page designs.
6.	Client signs project completion form and is issued with website certification and documentations.

** Please note our typical turn around time for the average website (less than 100 pages) is about a week and as a result full payment is required.  50 %deposit is accepted for larger projects usually over and above £2000 and balance is paid upon completion.
