Quality Requirements Elicitation Process (QREP)

Hipernetix believes that the most critical part of the project takes place before the actual development starts.

Rather than simply taking a list of requirements from the client, Hipernetix embarks on a phase of preliminary consultancy called Quality Requirements Elicitation Process (QREP). During this QREP phase, one of Hipernetix’s UK-based experienced Technical Architects would discuss the overall business reasons behind the project and understand the logic that drives the decision to embark on the development programme. It is also during this initial stage of QREP that the Technical Architect will engrain himself within your business in an effort to get to know the key project stakeholders better and gain a better understanding of the dynamics of your business.
