Quick & Easy Navigation
If there is one thing guaranteed to impress, it is a site that downloads quickly and is user friendly.  Research has shown that a site that takes longer than 5 - 8 seconds to download will have lost one third of its potential business leads.

Testing
All components of the web application will be thoroughly tested individually (unit testing) and as a group (systems testing).  This will ensure all components meet usability requirements and world standards as stipulated by W3C.  Some of the issues to be reviewed during the testing phase include:

Browser Compatibility.  Making sure that the website appears correctly on the most widely used web browsers including Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox web browsers.

Download Times.  It is critically important that the web pages have an acceptable download time in order to maintain a competitive advantage.

Graphics.  Images used for graphical presentation and representation will be tested for size and quality.  Huge image files take long to download.

Colour Co-ordination.

Typographical errors.  Spelling mistakes are a nuisance on a web site and do not portray quality or professionalism.
